No surprises here. Because we take great care in curating each gift box, we ship exactly what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, we will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).
Each Le Wren gift includes a hand-written note. You simply provide us with your message at check-out and we handle the rest.
Of course! Simply use our Create-Your-Own platform on the home page, navigate by need and custom build the perfect care package for your loved one. Your gift choices will all ship together packaged in our complimentary keepsake box as shown in all our imagery. This is a great option when you want to add your own personal touch to your care package.
Yes, every Le Wren care package, regardless of whether it’s a Ready-to-Give or Create-Your-Own gift, will ship together in our complimentary keepsake box.
We never include receipts or inventory or packing slips inside any of our care packages, knowing that they are almost always a gift.
While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost, except on boxes over $150 (per address).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
You can also choose to pay Shopify Pay or PayPal.
All sales are final (but we promise, they will love it). We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.
Orders typically take 3-8 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.
**There are some delays due to Covid-19. We have seen instances where it has taken 8+days.**
We will fulfill orders placed before 1pm CST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.
Our office ships Monday - Friday, 9a – 1pm CST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and annually 12/24-1/1.
We ship anywhere in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska!) as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories. We can also ship internationally but any import duties will be the recipient’s responsibility.
As long as your order was shipped via UPS, we're happy to put in an address change request with the carrier. However, we do charge a $20 change request fee and changes made after shipping cannot be guaranteed.
We're so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, if a delay happened on UPS's part, it is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for shipping costs at this time. Of course, if it's an egregious delay, email us and we can see what we can do.
Please have them take a good look in and around their backyard/front yard/lobby/etc. There's a good chance it's hiding somewhere. If a box is delivered according to your tracking information, but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and any number of things may be at fault, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end!
Yes, we offer local delivery for $8 in and around the Houston metropolitan area. During key gifting times of the year, we will also offer complimentary pick-up option from our offices.
